This Trane BAYFTAH21M compatible filter fits the Trane / American Standard air cleaner models TFM215B0AH0, FLR06072 Perfect Fit Air cleaner. This filter is made with a double wall moisture resistant frame and a MERV 11 filter media rating for the reduction of airborne particulates. It has a MERV 11 filter efficiency, which indicates how minute the particles are that can be trapped by this filter. The higher the value, the smaller the size of particles filtered. To further increase filtration, it has a deep pleated rather surface than a flat one, thereby increasing the filtering surface area. With a MERV 11 value, it efficiently traps airborne particles such as dust, pollen, dust mites, animal dander, lead dust, mold spores, car fumes and other particles as small as 1.0 microns while allowing a free flow of fresh cleaner air.
